Cat proofing garden

I was wondering if any one has any ideas of how to cat proof our garden. It is fenced but obviously a cat can climb. I want to do it as i have a three year old who is always in and out of the garden and isnt very good at closing doors

if you look under 'cat items' for 18th june 2007. it is the last one on page one although a little out of date there are some websites about cat proofing. it might give you some ideas
