Re: Seal bi-colour Ragdoll missing from Holmfirth West Yorkshire

Thanks for the update Beth.

A huge relief for all concerned! Thank goodness Coco is back safely. Let's hope he has learnt a important lesson in climbing, or rather not climbing!

Re: Hypoallergenic Ragdolls??

Yes I do live with Helen (for 19 years now!). I am still allergic to cats, but am de-sensitised enough to cope normally. The only time it is a problem is during the summer. I am also allergic to a specific pollen which appears around June. Anti-histamines work for me, along with large doses of caff...

Dulcie is now safely with her foster carers. She spent some time with us before we took her. She has the most wonderful temperament and loves cuddles and being groomed. She is a quiet girl, happy to just sit and share a bed or seattee with her human family. Having spent the day with her, we would ha...

Hi, glad you joined our forum. Regarding the food bowl, this is completely normal behaviour for all cats. It comes from wild cats covering their food to hide it from predators or scavengers. Many kittens have this as a natural instinct and they continue to do this always. Some kittens even scratch a...

Hi all. Just a quick update. Dulcie is coming to us this week and we shall then be taking her to her foster home where we just know she'll want for nothing :D . We are very much hoping that in the very capable hands of her foster family, she will feel settled and that they will be able to rehabilita...

Hi Jo.

We are all so sorry to hear such sad news. If you want to chat at any time please give us a call. Give Cadbury a big hug from us. We all have everything crossed that he can recover from this.

Thinking of you,
Helen, Darren and all at VelvetSky

Yes they are going together, we didn't have the heart to split them up.

I'm sure their new owners will be just as eager to show off their photos once they're in their new home after the 12th August, so keep an eye open;)

Sonnywood Marshmallow

Mallow is now 10 months old and her tortie markings have become much more defined. We love her to bits and very much hope that she will have some little ones later this year. Helen :) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v421/velvetskyragdolls/Marshmallow/06070507.jpg http://img....

Just wanted to add our own comments to this thread. We would always recommend that you vaccinate all your cats, whether indoor or outdoor. There are several reasons why some of which have been talked about above. One reason we would like to remind you all of is that in the event you find yourself ne...

Hi Raquelle. We have had a few problems in the past breeding too. Our last litter ended up with one large kitten and although the mum was extremely attentive, her milk dried up after a few days. She kept trying, but we needed to suppliment him by hand. You should weigh the kittens each day and check...
